Every single person here is so kind at all the ones that we go to, and we’re a big fans… We drive from Rockwall just to come over here… The service is awesome… I especially love the young lady with the cool glasses.. She is amazing. My kids love her and my dog.. Give her a promotion.. she’s on the picture below…keep up the great job young lady.

While they do offer good coffee, the employee focus seems to be on things other than providing proper service, like being woke. Worse, when I reached out to corporate to address this issue, I discovered that they want far more personal information from me rather than having g a proper dialogue about the issue. Since when is the last four of my card number germane to a conversation about employee behavior. Worse, if you don’t play by their rules, they won’t even engage. This is an obfuscation to hide negative employee behaviors. The bulk of the employees at this location are good people. But there happens to be one that wants to take what little power he has in the customer experience to attempt to force his worldview onto a paying customer. This simply isn’t acceptable. Why is it that people like this are offended by everything but their own actions? I stopped going to Starbucks for similar reasons. Ya’ll need to recognize QT is just across the parking lot offering good coffee at a lower price without any of the garbage attitude. There’s always alternatives. Among my peers, I am not the only one that holds these thoughts. Do better or suffer the financial consequences.

Super excited to do this review this is my absolutely favorite location and favorite place to go to. I love these guys. They’re super sweet. They’re super nice. They’re super fast and they’re super awesome. Not a bad thing to say about them. If you haven’t been check them out now what are you waiting for? Go get you some Dutch Bros coffee super chill relax delicious vibes. Everybody in that building is great. I literally have not been disappointed at no Dutch Bros I’ve been to which is amazing that they keep the same vibe across the board. You guys are awesome.!!!! I wish I could hand y’all some free stickers like y’all give us lol

The coffee always smacks, employees for the most part always in good mood. They never have stickers but the flavor is good and the people are nice. Kind hearted individuals I would recommend and honestly they are very hard working. 5 stars ⭐️

My favorite coffee shop! The Broistas are awesome as is the coffee. Have made so many friends since I’ve been coming here. I even converted my mom from being a Starbucks drinker to being a Dutch Bros drinker.
